What are the Special Qualities of your Cable Labels and Bag Tags?
Our Cable Labels and Bag Tags are printed on an Australian-Made hi-tech film which is strong, flexible and durable with a silky smooth feel. The material is waterproof and resistant to tearing, creasing, heat, moisture, chemicals and solvents. The Information Panels on our Labels & Tags are double-sided, enabling detailed recording of vital information using any fine-point pen.
What is the difference between your Large (Office) and Small (Network) Cable Labels?
The writeable area on our Large Cable Labels is 4cm wide x 1.1cm high (1.6 x 0.4 inches) and the writeable area on our Small (Network) Cable Labels is 2.4cm wide x 1.0cm high (1.0 x 0.4 inches). Both Label sizes can be attached to cables up to 7mm (0.4 inches) in diameter, such as power cables for office and audio equipment. Both Large and Small Cable Labels feature our innovative double-sided information panels to maximise information that can be recorded on the Labels.
What are your Payment Options?
You can securely pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. We use the services of Stripe, an internationally recognised Online Payment Provider to process your payment. For your security and privacy, we do NOT keep a record of your credit card details, which are AES-256 encrypted by Stripe for maximum protection.
What do you charge for Shipping? (FREE for orders over $75.00)
We charge between $1.95 and $8.95 for shipping orders within Australia, depending on the weight of the item. International orders are charged $24.50 (our cost price). Additional items ordered are charged between $1.50 and $4.50 per item. All orders over AUD $75.00 receive FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE to selected countries. Just enter the Discount Code ‘freeship75’ on checkout and the Shipping Charge will be deducted from your Cart. All orders are carefully packaged so they will arrive in top condition.
How long will it take to receive my Order?
All orders are packed on the day the order is received and mailed by the next business day, using Australia Post. Australian orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 working days. Overseas orders are usually delivered in 14 to 21 days, depending on the mail service in your country. If you have not received your order within 21 days, please CONTACT US, advising your Name and Order Number. We will reply to you by the next business day with an update on your expected Delivery Date.
Can the products I order be sent directly as a gift?
Yes, you have the option to record a different ‘Shipping Address’ for the recipient, rather than use your Billing Address. You can also write your own personal message during your Checkout and we’ll include a Gift Card to the recipient with our compliments. No pricing information will be included with your gift. Our products are beautifully packaged and make wonderful Christmas, Birthday & Farewell Gifts. For the person who has ‘everything’ we recommend our 5-product GIFT PACK or our 25-item ESSENTIAL SCHOOL I.D. PACK.
What is your Refund Policy and MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on Product Returns?
We are proud of the quality of our products and offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us. Simply return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase date with a note explaining the issue. We will gladly replace any damaged items or provide you with a refund of the product price, providing the item(s) has not been used. You can buy products from us with total confidence!
Is Goods & Services Tax (GST) charged on orders?
For Australian orders, GST is included in the price displayed for each product. GST does not apply to International orders (i.e. goods exported from Australia to overseas countries).
Are my personal details shared with any other companies?
We do not share your personal details with any other company except the Banking and Postal Services who process your Order. These companies are bound by the Privacy Laws in Australia and the Privacy Laws in your own country.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Protecting your privacy is vitally important to us. We will never disclose your personal information such as your name, address, credit card details, contact details or email address to anyone or to any organisation, except in the following circumstances:
